Description |
The nameplate is made of brown wood with a gold metal covering on the front. It is shaped like a right triangle, and two screws on the right and left sides secure the metal plate in place. The front of the nameplate features a large black inscription that reads, "L.H. LINOWITZ." According to Marc Linowitz, Louis H. Linowitz was a certified public accountant who lived in Trenton, New Jersey. Born in 1920, he grew up on Wayne Avenue in Trenton and graduated from Trenton High School in 1937. In the 1950s, he worked at Broad Street Bank, where he met George Warren. In 1957, Linowitz purchased a building at 219 East Hanover and opened his own accounting firm, Louis H. Linowitz and Associates. The architect who designed the building also designed the New Jersey State House. |

Right Side: There are tiny abrasions all over the wood. Back: There are scratches and abrasions all over the wood. Also, there is wear around the edges. Left Side: There are abrasions all over the wood. Also, there is a clear accretion on top near the right side. Top: There is wear around the edges. Also, there are scratches all over the wood. Bottom: There is wear all over the wood. |
